X | Y | Z Select letter to jump to alphabetical recipe List Over the years Cindy has adopted many of the
family recipes from both her and Vince's families. Although
none of these recipes are truly original they all have evolved to be
uniquely ours.
Lemonade,
one of Cindy's Mother's specialties. We often serve this to
our guests when they arrive. Just great for relaxing on the
porch and watching nature go by. Sweet Scones are the best ones Cindy has found. Make them your
own by adding dried fruits or nuts.
Cream Muffins - decedent, everyone loves these hot from the
oven. French Breakfast Muffins are a classic, just like homemade
donuts.
Crab Cakes
as served on a lettuce leaf with
remoulade sauce The Hot Fudge Sauce is rich and chocolaty. You
won't go back to the bottled kind again. And the
brownie
recipe is easy, fast and always a hit whether you eat them plain or
dress them up with ice cream and drizzle with fudge sauce. Bar-B-Q sauce-our favorites include: Vince's
version of the Cornell recipe and of course the local Rapine Fireman's (Soon to
come) "Secret" recipe. A B B Q: C D E
